Taylor Lake Village Municipal Court serves the residents of Harris County, the 187th largest county in Texas state. Taylor Lake Village Municipal Court was first built in 1875 in the Harris Courthouse Square where the first sessions of the court were held alfresco underneath the boughs of oak trees in September 1874. Four courthouses have been built in Seabrook. The current fourth courthouse is a great architectural marvel featuring a double-spiral staircase and a beautiful stained-glass montage in the dome.
