- Any errors made in the first-page title attracts a double fee which means $22 times two
- Failing to correctly indicate the grantee’s address attracts a penalty of $25. If this is lesser than the filling price, they will double the filing fee to be paid as a penalty.
- Copy per page goes at $2 . A certified copy, however, is $6 per document in addition to regular copy fees
