History

Longhorn Museum resulted from the 1960’s “Record, Appreciate, Mark and Preserve Texas History” (RAMPS) program launched by Governor. Governor urged every county to start recording history to nature their tourism sectors.

For years, the Longhorn Museum’s ancient collection has provided research resources on various topics of current concern. History plays abundancy at Longhorn Museum as many now come in to learn matters to do with:
