Programs at Meridian Head Start

The Meridian Head Start offers children from 6 weeks to those in third-grade various programs that best fit their needs. They include but are not limited to infant care, preschool care, after-school care, and summer camp.

The Meridian Head Start center believes that children learn through play, so they make it their mission to provide fun and enriching activities for your child aligned with the PA early learning standards. They are open from 6.30 am to 6.00 pm, Monday-Friday. The different age group groupings are: kindergarten to third grade (school age), 6 weeks up to 11 months (infants), 12 months to 35 months (toddlers), 36 months to 5 years (preschool).

Education and Safety Standards

The Meridian Head Start has been trained to implement an educational curriculum and provide first aid and various other skills required for their safety and your child.
