Wink Justice of Peace Court was first built in 1912 in the Winkler Courthouse Square where the first sessions of the court were held alfresco underneath the boughs of oak trees in December 1900. Four courthouses have been built in Wink. The current fourth courthouse is a great architectural marvel featuring a double-spiral staircase and a beautiful stained-glass montage in the dome.
