Manor Municipal Court serves the residents of Travis County, the 248th largest county in Texas state. The county falls in the third senatorial district and the 11th congressional district. Manor Municipal Court was first built in 1888 in the Travis Courthouse Square where the first sessions of the court were held alfresco underneath the boughs of oak trees in January 1895. Four courthouses have been built in Manor. The current fourth courthouse is a great architectural marvel featuring a double-spiral staircase and a beautiful stained-glass montage in the dome.
