Cleveland Justice Court II was first built in 1860 in the San Jacinto Courthouse Square where the first sessions of the court were held alfresco underneath the boughs of oak trees in March 1875. Four courthouses have been built in Cleveland. The current fourth courthouse is a great architectural marvel featuring a double-spiral staircase and a beautiful stained-glass montage in the dome.
