Orange County Court at Law was first built in 1895 in the Orange Courthouse Square where the first sessions of the court were held alfresco underneath the boughs of oak trees in April 1891. Four courthouses have been built in Orange. The current fourth courthouse is a great architectural marvel featuring a double-spiral staircase and a beautiful stained-glass montage in the dome.
