Daisetta Municipal Court was first built in 1869 in the Liberty Courthouse Square where the first sessions of the court were held alfresco underneath the boughs of oak trees in October 1892. Four courthouses have been built in Daisetta. The current fourth courthouse is a great architectural marvel featuring a double-spiral staircase and a beautiful stained-glass montage in the dome.
