Fritch Municipal Court was first built in 1918 in the Hutchinson Courthouse Square where the first sessions of the court were held alfresco underneath the boughs of oak trees in July 1907. Four courthouses have been built in Fritch. The current fourth courthouse is a great architectural marvel featuring a double-spiral staircase and a beautiful stained-glass montage in the dome.
