Clint Municipal Court was first built in 1875 in the El Paso Courthouse Square where the first sessions of the court were held alfresco underneath the boughs of oak trees in August 1852. Four courthouses have been built in Clint. The current fourth courthouse is a great architectural marvel featuring a double-spiral staircase and a beautiful stained-glass montage in the dome.
