Eden Municipal Court serves the residents of Concho County, the 1th largest county in Texas state. The county falls in the third senatorial district and the 11th congressional district. Eden Municipal Court was first built in 1875 in the Concho Courthouse Square where the first sessions of the court were held alfresco underneath the boughs of oak trees in April 1863. Four courthouses have been built in Eden. The current fourth courthouse is a great architectural marvel featuring a double-spiral staircase and a beautiful stained-glass montage in the dome.
