Domino Municipal Court serves the residents of Cass County, the 13th largest county in Texas state. The county falls in the third senatorial district and the 11th congressional district. Domino Municipal Court was first built in 1892 in the Cass Courthouse Square where the first sessions of the court were held alfresco underneath the boughs of oak trees in February 1868. Four courthouses have been built in Atlanta. The current fourth courthouse is a great architectural marvel featuring a double-spiral staircase and a beautiful stained-glass montage in the dome.
