Burleson County Court serves the residents of Burleson County, the 145th largest county in Texas state. The county falls in the third senatorial district and the 11th congressional district. As a result, it holds a very special role that makes it supported by both the Caldwell district clerk and county clerk. The current Burleson County Court judge has been in office since 2010 and has dedicated his life serving the Caldwell. Burleson County Court was first built in 1920 in the Burleson Courthouse Square where the first sessions of the court were held alfresco underneath the boughs of oak trees in February 1907. Four courthouses have been built in Caldwell. The current fourth courthouse is a great architectural marvel featuring a double-spiral staircase and a beautiful stained-glass montage in the dome.
