Hollywood Park Municipal Court was first built in 1884 in the Bexar Courthouse Square where the first sessions of the court were held alfresco underneath the boughs of oak trees in October 1872. Four courthouses have been built in Hollywood Park. The current fourth courthouse is a great architectural marvel featuring a double-spiral staircase and a beautiful stained-glass montage in the dome.
