Nolanville Municipal Court serves the residents of Bell County, the 231th largest county in Texas state. The county falls in the third senatorial district and the 11th congressional district. As a result, it holds a very special role that makes it supported by both the Nolanville district clerk and county clerk. Issues that should be filed with the county clerk or the district clerk should be strictly filed within the respective courts; luckily, the staff is friendly and will help you through the process.

The current Nolanville Municipal Court judge has been in office since 2015 and has dedicated his life serving the Nolanville. The courts, the district clerk, and the county clerk’s office are located in the historic Bell County Courthouse. The Nolanville Municipal Court is located on 100 North Main Street in the city of Nolanville, the Bell county seat.

The administration of justice in the Nolanville Municipal Court is open, transparent, and open to the public. All the proceedings and acts of the court are recorded and maintained by the Bell County Clerk’s Office.  The public can access the record online or by mailing the county clerk’s office located at Bell County Courthouse. The requests are made by creating a written statement indicating a request for the records, the case number, and requisite application fees in a stamped self-addressed envelope. For more information about court proceedings, visit the court’s official site.

Nolanville Municipal Court was first built in 1877 in the Bell Courthouse Square where the first sessions of the court were held alfresco underneath the boughs of oak trees in November 1859. Four courthouses have been built in Nolanville. The current fourth courthouse is a great architectural marvel featuring a double-spiral staircase and a beautiful stained-glass montage in the dome. You can call 254-698-6093 or fax 254-698-6337 to the court during office hours to get more information.
